Raised in the vibrant city of Newark, NJ, Chef Ray has had the privilege of being exposed to a wide array of cooking techniques. From working in fish markets and delis to bustling cafés, cozy bistros, and even elegant French restaurants. He has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Cashmere Williams got his start playing in church at seven years old, there he learned to blend with musicians and developed his signature sound. In 1995, he won a scholarship to attend Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA where he studied composition and arranging. In 2003, he got the call to play with American Idol winner Ruben Studdard, appearing on all the national TV networks: Jay Leno, David Letterman, The View, Ellen DeGeneres Show and many more!
